We are looking for a professional hospitality manager to oversee the successful operation and maintenance of our short-term rentals, as well as vendor management, and managing the housekeeping staff.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Ensure company standards for housekeeping, decor, and guest services are met
Inspect public areas and rentals for appearance and cleanliness
Properly adhere to carefully constructed checklists and protocols
Communicate with potential and existing rental guests to answer questions about services, amenities, and policies
Monitor staff for overall performance
Coordinate with property vendors
Interview, hire, and terminate staff according to company policies and procedures
Must be able to work various shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends
Ability to work independently and as a team
Experience with short-terms rentals required
Vendor management experience required
Proven ability to lead a team
Stand and/or walk for shifts up to 6-12 hours
Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate in English
Must be able to understand and follow instructions
Always observe proper safety precautions
Other duties as assigned
This job operates in an indoor and outdoor environment where temperatures and weather conditions can vary. Frequently required to use cleaning chemicals and equipment. May be required to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and special events.
