Learn More:A newsletter is a good way to keep in touch with your visitors and customers and a subscription form allows you to collect email addresses that are saved as a text file with a comma separated value in a page within the private folder. Once you have the email addresses, you need a way to send an email to those who have subscribed. If you have only a few subscribers, you can import your list into your email client and give it a group name. Note that some ISPs will limit the amount of outgoing mail in an effort to reduce spam. Your web host may have a Mailing List Manager program available. Your host will have instructions on collecting, saving, and sending emails through this program. You may need to adjust or replace the existing form on your site depending on your web host’s requirements. You can use a third-party option. Some free or reasonably priced companies are: |
